B.C. Brewery

BC Brewery is a brewery and taproom in Hunt Valley that opened on April 14, 2018. It says it was the first brewery in Maryland with self-serve beer walls. There are two walls with 24 taps each, and guests pour as much or as little as they want and pay by the ounce. Everything is brewed on site in two brewhouses, one for beer and a second dedicated to gluten-free products, and the brewery describes itself as the state’s first maker of 100 percent gluten-free beer. Small batches keep the selection broad, and alongside the beer there is cider, beer and wine hybrids, slushies and cocktails made with spirits, and non-alcoholic beer. The BCB Eats kitchen serves a full menu that includes gluten-free choices. Dogs are welcome, the taproom has darts, trivia and live music, and event space holds up to 300 guests, with catering handled on site.
