Bull and Goat Brewery

Bull and Goat Brewery is a brewery and distillery in Centreville that calls itself a brewstillery. It started in a small garage in 2016 and opened a beer-only taproom in 2017. In 2019 the owners added Old Courthouse Distilling, and the two now operate together at the same location. The brewery runs a 7-barrel system, makes everything on site and rotates its beers constantly. The distillery makes an agave spirit from 100 percent organic Mexican agave, along with periodic whiskey releases. Cocktails at the bar use the house vodka, agave spirit, whiskey, rum and gin. The taproom is in an old rustic grain warehouse, and the owners like the idea that the building is still processing grain, now for beer and spirits. Six-packs of beer and bottles of spirits are sold to go, and guests can taste the spirits before buying.
