Burnish Beer Co.

Burnish Beer Company is a locally owned craft brewery, bar and restaurant on the north end of Salisbury. The taproom pours 16 rotating Burnish beers alongside wine and seasonal and classic cocktails. The kitchen serves a full lunch and dinner menu of scratch-made food, including wood-fired pizzas, bowls, sandwiches, wings and salads, with gluten-free, vegan and kids’ options. Inside there is a long 16-seat bar and more than 30 tables. Three large roll-up glass garage doors open onto a dog-friendly beer garden. The restaurant is family-friendly with dine-in service, and food can be ordered online for takeout. Beer is sold to go in cans, bottles and crowlers, and the brewery sells merchandise with an Eastern Shore theme. Off-street parking is plentiful, and events appear on the brewery’s calendar.
