Diamondback Brewing Company – Timonium

Diamondback Brewing’s Timonium taproom is the second location of the Locust Point brewery founded by Tom Foster, and it combines beer and coffee under one roof. The location has an indoor taproom of 3,000 square feet and an outdoor beer garden, where dogs are welcome, pouring 10 rotating beers. Its smaller brewing system is used for experimental beers made only for this taproom, so the lineup here differs from the original location. The tap list has included a house IPA and Locust Point lager alongside pale ales, a coffee IPA, a pineapple blonde, hard cider and barrel-aged blends. Partner Aveley Farms Coffee roasts its coffee on site each day next to the beer production and runs a full espresso bar with pastries and light breakfast items. The kitchen serves seasonally rotating Neapolitan-style pizzas, and the taproom can be booked for private events.
