Peabody Heights Brewery

Peabody Heights Brewery is a Baltimore brewery built on baseball history. It stands on the site of Terrapin Park, also known as Oriole Park V. The ballpark was home to the Baltimore Terrapins of the Federal League and the International League Orioles, and part-time to the Negro National League’s Baltimore Elite Giants. In 2015 the brewery worked with the original survey company to pinpoint where home plate stood. The taproom sits on the former left field, near the old pitcher’s mound, beside the wall of a former Royal Crown bottling plant that is now part of the brewery. The goal is a tap list that pleases both traditional and modern tastes, from an Old Oriole Park lager and a pale ale to hazy IPAs, a tripel and seltzers. The brewery has a kitchen and an arcade called The Dugout, and it hosts events.
