Silver Branch Rockville Beerworks

Silver Branch Rockville Beerworks is the Rockville taproom of Silver Branch Brewing Company, the Silver Spring brewery founded in March 2019 by Christian Layke and Brett A. Robison. It is a few minutes north of Rockville Town Square, with free parking in the surrounding office complex. The beer follows the brewery’s focus on four brewing traditions: Belgium, Britain and Ireland, Central Europe and the Americas. The founders built the business around gemütlichkeit, the German idea of coziness and belonging among friends, and the taproom is meant as a relaxed place to catch up over a pint, a glass of wine or a soda. Rockville Beerworks also hosts themed events, such as a medieval day held with the Virginia Renaissance Faire.
